NOVEMBER 16^th, 2011 - WEDNESDAY
06:00 am - 03:00 pm	- Transfers from airport to official hotels for hosted buyers and press.
08:00 am - 04:00 pm	- MITM registration at official hotels for hosted buyers and press.
09:30 am - 02:00 pm	- City Tour for hosted buyers and press.
01:00 pm - 04:00 pm	- Exhibitors registration and stands decoration at the Crowne Plaza San Salvador Hotel, venue of MITM Americas.
04:30 pm	- Transfers for all participants from official hotels to the Welcome cocktail at Plaza Futura (interconnected to the Crowne Plaza Hotel).
05:00 pm	- Welcome cocktail for all participants at Plaza Futura.
06:30 pm	- Transfers for all participants from Plaza Futura to the Archaeological Site of San Andres for Welcome Reception.
07:30 pm	- Welcome Reception El Salvador, Impressive!! for all participants at the Archaeological Site of San Andres. Dinner and show.
10:00 pm	- Transfers back to official hotels.

NOVEMBER 17^th, 2011 - THURSDAY
08:00 am	- Transfers for all participants from official hotels to the Crowne Plaza San Salvador Hotel.
09:00 am - 10:00 am	- Participants registration and/or stand decoration at the Crowne Plaza San Salvador Hotel.
09:00 am - 10:00 am	- Seminar presenting El Salvador to all participants at the Crowne Plaza San Salvador Hotel.
10:00 am - 05:30 pm	- MITM Travel Market. Snacks and beverages service all day long.
10:00 am - 01:00 pm	- Morning business session. Up to 9 pre-scheduled 20 minutes long meetings between exhibitors and buyers.
10:30 am	- Press conference for international and local journalists.
01:00 pm - 03:00 pm	- Working lunch El Salvador, Impressive!! at the Crowne Plaza San Salvador Hotel for all participants.
03:00 pm - 04:40 pm	- Afternoon business session. Up to 5 pre-scheduled 20 minutes long meetings between exhibitors and buyers.
04:40 pm - 05:30 pm	- Free time for buyers to visit the stands. At this time, exhibitors will be able to offer entertainment, drinks and snacks at their stands.
05:30 pm	- Transfers back to official hotels for all participants.
06:30 pm	- Transfers for all participants from official hotels to Closing Dinner.
07:00 pm	- Gala Dinner and Closing at the National Palace offered by El Salvador to all participants.
10:00 pm	- Transfers back to official hotels.

NOVEMBER 18^th, 2011 - FRIDAY
08:00 am	- Transfers for all participants from official hotels to the Crowne Plaza San Salvador Hotel.
09:00 am - 10:00 am	- Seminar presenting Argentina to all participants at the Crowne Plaza San Salvador Hotel.
10:00 am - 12:00 pm	- Business session. Up to 6 pre-scheduled 20 minutes long meetings between exhibitors and buyers.
10:00 am - 12:30 pm	- Snacks and beverage service followed by a brunch.
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm	- Time for exhibitors for decoration removal of stands and evaluation and meeting reports handing over at the MITM registration desk.
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm	- Time for hosted buyers to pick up their refund transportation voucher at the MITM registration desk.
12:00 pm - 01:00 pm	- Transfers back to official hotels for all participants.
02:00 pm	- Transfers for all participants from the official hotels to the beach (take your bathing suit).
03:00 pm 05:00 pm	- Beach activity for all participants. All inclusive, VIP category. Time to relax or party. Tropical music band.
06:00 pm	- Dinner at the beach.
5pm, 7pm & 9pm	- Shuttles for all participants to official hotels.

NOVEMBER 19^th, 2011 - SATURDAY
	- Post Tours commencement for hosted buyers and press. Organized and executed by Avitours DMC, Eco Mayan DMC and Salvadorean DMC. Coordinated by El Salvador Convention Bureau.
10:00 am - 03:00 pm	- Shopping tour for hosted buyers and press not taking post tours.
03:00 pm	- Transfers to airport for hosted buyers and press not taking post tours.

DO'S AND DONT'S

WELCOME RECEPTION ON NOV. 16^TH
- We recommend you to wear smart casual outfit, comfortable shoes and to avoid high heels and sandals, as we will visit an important archaeological site. We will count with important authorities (the President of the Republic Mr. Mauricio Funes Cartagena, to be confirmed).

- The use of cameras and video recorders is allowed.

- As the event will be done outdoors in the midst of nature, we recommend you the use of insect repellent, even though it's not the season.

- Men are not allowed to wear shorts or bermudas.

CLOSING CEREMONY ON NOV. 17^TH
- A middle of the XVIII century event. There will be costumes from this period for rent (optional) at MITM in the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

- For those who prefer not to wear costumes, it is recommended the use of dark suits for men and cocktail or evening gown for women.

- We recommend the use of comfortable shoes.

FAREWELL PARTY ON THE BEACH ON NOV. 18^TH

- We recommend you to wear comfortable clothing, preferably white colored for the official photo of the event.

- Take your bathing suit, hotel towel, sandals, sun block, hat and sunglasses.

- Average temperature of 32º degrees Celsius. Water temperature of 29,5º degrees Celsius all year long.

- We will also count with swimming pools and hammocks for sun tanning.

- Live music, dancing area, rest area, drinks and snacks all day long.

The social program for networking will be eco-sustainable and VIP. There will be a choice of 2 menus, plus a vegetarian option at every social function.
