MITM AMERICAS 2010, held in Quito, Ecuador, was visited by a 72% of European buyers, a 25% of American buyers and a 3% of buyers from another countries, all of them specialized in meetings, incentives, congresses, conventions and events from the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, UK and USA.
There were a total of 96 exhibitors from 16 countries: Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Spain and USA.
During MITM Americas, a total of 2.580 one-to-one meetings between exhibitors and hosted buyers were completed.
EVALUATION OF MITM 2010 IN QUITO BY THE EXHIBITORS
Traditionally, MITM Americas, Meetings and Incentive Travel Market, asks exhibitors present in MITM to evaluate the travel trade show after its completion. This year’s post evaluation of the 16th edition in Quito, Ecuador, requested from MITM exhibitors gave the following results:
